The opportunity

Sustainable nautical tourism, in full expansion

Spain's Mediterranean coast draws one of Europe's largest tourist flows, with more than 90 million international visitors in 2025 and a demand for leisure that goes well beyond conventional beach tourism.

This is the best time to invest in the sector: demand is at an all-time high, regulation increasingly favours clean propulsion, and grants and subsidy programmes keep expanding.

In this context, Mundo Marino has decided to grow by partnering with investors who provide the capital to build new vessels and want to leverage our reputation and know-how.

The investment model

How Mundo Marino Sailing works

The investor will fund the construction of a hybrid or electric-propulsion sailing catamaran, with design and construction supervised directly by Mundo Marino, and will operate it under the Mundo Marino Sailing brand with full operational and commercial backing.

Delivery is conceived, in every sense, as a turnkey project: the investor receives a fully certified, operational vessel from day one, with no nautical experience required.

01

Construction oversight

Definition of technical specifications, shipyard selection and approval, site management, sea trials, and coordination with the Harbour Master for final clearance.

02

03

Technology stack

Setting of commercial targets, results tracking, periodic service-quality audits and ongoing updates to business indicators.

The vessel

A catamaran with cutting-edge technology and an eye on the future

We have put all our expertise into the design of our catamarans, aiming to deliver the best onboard experience on our trips and excursions.

Reference technical specifications

Estimated passenger capacity between 50 and 150, adapted to the potential of each destination. Primary sail propulsion, with electric or hybrid auxiliary engines that minimise fuel consumption and emissions during manoeuvres and on windless days.

Regulatory compliance

Mundo Marino's supervision during construction ensures the vessel arrives with every guarantee needed to operate. Choosing clean propulsion isn't just an ethical choice: it's a real competitive advantage in a regulatory environment that increasingly restricts polluting vessels in protected Mediterranean coastal areas.

Investment protection

One of the distinctive features of our investment proposal is the buy-back option built into the contract itself. This clause guarantees the investor an orderly exit at a known price, removing the main illiquidity risk associated with assets of this nature and cost.

If the projected revenue targets are not met, we commit to buying back the vessel and relocating it within our operating network.

The investor adds the asset to their balance sheet, and it can also be financed through ICO loans or other green financing lines.

The buy-back option is a binding commitment that turns the vessel into an asset with guaranteed liquidity, backed by the solvency and track record of a company like ours.

Why Mundo Marino Sailing?

The backing no one else can offer you

Operating a passenger vessel requires prior experience, knowledge of maritime regulations, and constant liaison with the Harbour Master and port authorities. Crews also need to be managed, along with preventive and corrective maintenance, and the communication and sale of the whole product mix must be organised.

The investor receives guidance and support, minimises the learning curve, and runs from day one a proven, highly profitable business model.

We are backed by a long operating history on one of the most demanding coastlines in Europe and a well-proven business formula.
